1. Acceptance of Terms

By enrolling in any Continuing Education (CE) course provided by Slik Edu (“Provider”), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not register for or access the course.

2. CE Provider Status

Slik Edu is an approved Continuing Education Provider with the State of Texas Departments of Insurance. Course completions are reported in accordance with state regulatory requirements (e.g., TDI, NAIC SBS) and within the timeframes mandated by the state.  

3. Eligibility

You must register with accurate personal information, including your legal name, license number, and state of licensure, to ensure CE credit reporting accuracy. Failure to provide complete or accurate information may result in delays or denial of CE credit.

4. Course Access & Enrollment

Upon purchase, you will receive access to the course materials for the duration listed on the course page. Access is for your personal use only and may not be shared, transferred, or resold. Sharing login credentials or course materials is strictly prohibited.

5. Completion Requirements

To earn CE credit, you must:

6. CE Credit Reporting

Slik Edu will report CE credit to the appropriate state authorities within the regulatory reporting window (typically 1–7 business days). You are responsible for verifying your license status and ensuring CE is applied correctly by your state.

7. Refund Policy

We're confident this program will transform your ability to serve your clients with stop-loss expertise. It is very important to us that you are satisfied with your purchase. In the unfortunate event that you are unsatisfied, you may be eligible for a refund, subject to the conditions noted below.

Your purchase or automatic renewal was no more than 72 hours prior to your refund request.

You have NOT:

If you meet all of these criteria, you must submit your refund request in writing via e-mail to [email protected] within 72 hours of your course purchase along with a receipt evidencing your proof of purchase and an explanation for why you are requesting a refund.

8. Intellectual Property

All course materials—including videos, slides, quizzes, audio narration, PDFs, and downloadable content—are the exclusive property of Slik Edu and are protected by copyright law. Reproduction, distribution, or public sharing of any content is prohibited.

9. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

10. Technology Requirements

Participants are responsible for ensuring they have reliable internet access and a compatible device capable of streaming course content. Technical issues on the user’s end do not qualify for refunds.

11. Course Updates & Modifications

Slik Edu reserves the right to update course content to remain compliant with state laws, regulatory changes, or educational improvements. These updates do not affect previously earned CE credit.

12. Disclaimer

While every effort is made to provide accurate and up-to-date information, Slik Edu does not guarantee the completeness or legal applicability of the course content. This course does not constitute legal advice.

13. Limitation of Liability

Slik Edu is not responsible for:
